Biological Stoppering Type Vacuum Freeze Dryer: The material is divided into penicillin bottle, and the bottle cap is pressed mechanically after drying, which can avoid secondary pollution, adsorb water again, and is easy to be preserved for a long time. Suitable for freeze-drying of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, apis, biological preparations, extracts, probiotics, etc.

· According to SIP and CIP equipment standards for biological products, the chamber & shelves material is SUS 316L, which meets the cleanliness requirements of cGMP;
· CIP wide-angle nozzle at the top of the chamber CIP nozzle on the side , covering a wide range of comprehensive cleaning, to ensure no dead angle cleaning;
· SIP sterilization system adopts steam or VHP hydrogen peroxide sterilization function;
· The circulating channel of heat conducting silicone oil in the shelves adopts independent pressure test to achieve the best heat conduction;
· Refrigeration system adopts imported two-stage semi-closed compressor, imported brand refrigeration accessories, to ensure refrigeration capacity;
